Verder met 2 setjes: tuniek + leggings. Ik vond de tuniek best leuk, maar op de één of andere manier is het het nèt niet. De blauwe is te lang, de grijze te breed. Maar Saskia vind de zakken interessant en zo kon ik wat oefenen met de coverstitch machine.

Next up are two sets, tunic + leggings. I like the idea of the tunic, but somehow it doesn't really work. The blue one is too long, the grey one too wide. However, Saskia really likes the pockets and I had a chance to practice my coverstitching skills.

Pattern: "Blå blomma" Ottobre, leggings: "Diamonds" Ottobre

Dress

 

 I don't really see the point of a dress for a baby, especially during winter, but I made one anyway.

Another Ottobre pattern. It looked quite big, but once on the baby it is OK. The cuffs would have been better in apple green but purple was what I had on hand. Because of the length it will fit a long time as it is large enough, and when the arms are too short I cut off the cuffs and it will be a short sleeve tunic. Now that I think of it, it is a very economical pattern.

Outfit for babygirl

First the bodysuits, then the jumpsuit, now a real outfit: pants with 2 tops.

The animal fabric is from my stash. I had bought it for Thomas more than a year ago, but the amount of pink made it too girly. The vest is wearable on both sides.
The tunic and pants have long arm/leg cuffs so there is room to grow. You can use them folded up in the beginning, and fold them down as the child grows.
